I hope last Friday's game hit home with the players.........Burg was definitely the better team, but not by the score we lost by..........hope we regroup Monday and have a great week of practice..........I believe this will be a very important game as to how the season will play out. Go Trojans!

ironmen02, agreed... i also believe we will correct those mistakes this week.. i also know our qb has been fighting strip throught all week,and high temps.had a tuff time tonite calling signals..but he still managed to rush for an 85 yard td[called back for holding] and another 35 yards called back for holding,overall we came together and got the win,correct the mistakes and i think we will cont. to win.....

We took Kruize to Urgent Care on Saturday and he was diagnosed with bronchitis. The doctor gave him an inhaler, antibiotics, nasal spray, cough syrup and a breathing treatment. After the game he told us that it was hard to breath and he was coughing on the field and sidelines.

He's already feeling better and looking forward to the Portsmouth game.

The team that prepares better and then executes on Friday night will get the "W."

Can Portsmouth rebound? Can Jackson go on the road to get a HUGE "W"? Those are the key questions surrounding this game.

For selfish reasons (Computer points), I'll be rooting for Jackson. But hopefully both teams stay healthy. Good Luck to both teams!

To me this game depends on what PHS team shows up. If the team that played beat West shows up the Trojans win by 3 scores, if the team that lost to Burg shows up we are in for another long night.
