Ohio Valley Conference Standings

The best source for volleyball scores is the Ohio High School Volleyball Coaches Assoc. Website (http://www.ohsvca.net/reportscores/index.html). Coaches enter their schedules and post the corresponding scores.
Seems like the OVC coaches do not subscribe to this practice. The few scores listed for the OVC are likely entered as results of inter-conference matches. You may want to speak to your favorite coach.

Re: Ohio Valley Conference Standings
Thanks for the link. And it looks like you are correct with not much reported for the OVC.
Re: Ohio Valley Conference Standings
and then people wonder why the state of volleyball in the area is the way it is? amazing
until people care--including the coaches--things will not change...

Re: Ohio Valley Conference Standings
OUBobcat must not be a coach-coaches care because we sure don't just show up for the money... I agree reporting is important but as a coach our main focus is to coach. We report our games to OHSAA and to the local papers.
Re: Ohio Valley Conference Standings
Cobweb...then you need to look outside your own little world/box...
YOU are right...many coaches do it because they actually do care....
but there are many who don't...having a warm body is not caring...not trying to get better is not caring...not wanting to get better is not caring...do the same old same old is not caring...
...and sorry to say...many of the schools in SEOhio are that way...
coaches do not encourage athletes to play club, many coaches do not do anything in the summer, many coaches do not scrimmage (or the least amount possible), many coaches barely have practice and have no practice...yet they still wonder why their programs are so bad or get no respect or get no attention...
i'm just glad we have programs such as Eastern Pike, Wheelersburg, Valley, Clay, Northwest, Alexander, Eastern Meigs, Adena, and many others who do care and who do try...
