zack , was having an amazing year, that came to a halt friday night, as he sustained a season ending knee injury. the bone broke loose from his acl. but the good news is , his acl may still be intact. and the bone just need repaired. i've spoken with both his parents. he has an appointment tomm. to read mri results , then is heading to grant sports medicine in columbus thursday for a second opinion. but surgery is inevitable. just a question, of how detailed. jeff is the son , of jeff kriebel , and julie parnell kriebel. please keep this young man i your prayers.

That's the second serious knee injury for the Tigers this year with the one suffered by Dion Brown in the Coal Grove Scrimmage, lets pray we don't have any more injuries this year.

just spoke with mom and pops today. his acl is still intact. has some cartilage damage, and the bone broke that hooks the acl, to the back of the knee. so they are going to reattach that , and clean up the torn cartilage. may have a ligament stretched a lil. but apparently nothing torn. he is set to have surgery, this coming wednesday. at grant sports medicine in columbus. dr. randy wroble, so he is in very capable hands. keep him in your prayers.

Zach's a hell of a kid and an awesome player. I played with him my senior year when he was a sophomore and I personally know how hard he worked to be able to have the season he was having this year. It's just such a blow for this to happen. I hope everything gos well in his surgery and recovery. Hopefully he'll be able to get into some baseball this spring. Stay tough Kriebel.

My son has been to Grant Sports Medicine a couple times and they are great up there. Will be praying for a complete, speedy recovery.
