Re: WK 6 (0-5) Rock Hill @ (3-2) Fairland OVC
Rock Hill can win this game if they can run the football and make Fairland respect the run. This will take some pressure off of McCollister and allow his talent to shine.
The talent level between the two teams isn't that different. Rock Hill is just on an 18-game losing streak and really doesn't know how to win right now. Once the first win comes, more will follow.
Good luck to Coach Knipp and the Redmen. I might be attending this one.

Somebody wrote on here that Fairland has allowed 200 or more rushing yds every game accept the trimble game....Well they are 3-2 with allowing 200+ rushing yards and one of those losses coming by 1 point....with all that in mind I believe the running game for rock hill will not matter at all because fairland has too much speed on offense and big play ability every play....special teams for fairland will be dominate if they actually kick to bloomfield....Fairland will take this game by 3 tds

Bloomfield has a career night.
Rh won't be able to run the ball unless Davis plays.
Dragons by 2 td's.
I know rh has a very good qb, but he only has 1 reciever he likes to throw the ball to.. If we take him away n force him to go to his 2nd n 3rd option well force him to make mistakes.

Rock Hill has just as much big-play potential as Fairland. The Redmen just seem to have this nasty habit of shooting themselves in the foot.
If Rock Hill can get the running game going early on, they have a shot.

Everyone has a shot to win and fairland has not committed near as many penalties this year or shot themselves in the foot like past years, I believe it has helped them tremendously....goodluck to both teams but GO DRAGONS

We can not play sloppy or turn the ball over and expect to win. I do not expect Boomer to see the ball on kickoffs but we should have good field position regardless. GO GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: WK 6 (0-5) Rock Hill @ (3-2) Fairland OVC
Does anyone think it's possible for rock hill to win a game this season...I have heard good things about the team...only that they keep finding ways to lose...simple simple simple...wins...wins...wins....work on your line first...run the ball...pass every now and then...it will get you some wins...until you have the basics down..don't think about trying the tough stuff....

good job dragons! too much speed for RH. RH needs to go over pursuit angles and tackling return to the basics. i see them going 0-10 again this year
Re: WK 6 (0-5) Rock Hill @ (3-2) Fairland OVC
Boomer had a heck of a game..
The dragons had so many plays of 30 n 40 yards or so called back
way to many penalties for the dragons..
Alot of them were away from the play, dragons could have but up about 50 if it weren't for all the flags.. They need to get straightened up for the next 4 games if the want to even think about contending for the ovc..
But good job dragons, way to start ovc play!

Same ol' same ol' on both sides. Fairland using smoke'n'mirrors from shotgun to open up the offense and keep the defense guessing. On the other side, Rock Hill continues to have no consistent offensive identity and give up way to much on defense.

fuzzhead, what? same ol same ol? have you ever watched a coalgrove game??? now that's same ol same ol!!!! And if you really beleive RH has as much speed and play makers as Fairland, you need some help. RH did nothing to hurt themselves against Fairland, Fairland took care of business and out played them from the start of the game. They could not keep up with the speed and talent of Fairland. So give me a break on your comment of even talent! Not even close. But you do keep me laughing on your analogy of all ovc teams. Keep them coming.
