Restrictions for Ohio MS teams to play KY???

we have played jr high games in Ky where we had to kickoff and receive.

also played where kicked xtra points worth 2pts, run or pass only 1 pt.

If a team crosses the river, you must play by the rules set forth by the state association. In Ohio, middle school teams do not kick off, the teams start 25 yards from the free kick line (their own 35 yl). Point after kicks are 1 and run or pass is 2. Ohio uses a 20 yard overtime procedure where KY uses a 10 yard.
