Just a thought, comming from an Athens Fan. Why not just charge $5.00 for that last game Monday Night. Probally get more Athens fans to the game. Most don't have a lot of interest in spending their day off watching basketball but would love to come support the Bulldogs. $10.00 for one game is a little steep. Instead of watching the boys I'll be heading on down the road to Jackson to watch our Lady Bulldogs play.

John Beileine from Michigan was there looking at 7 foot Marshall Plumlee(Miles and Mason's brother) from Christ school on Saturday. There were also a lot of smaller college teams there today.

Does anyone know who are the players to watch in this tourny, what team they play for and what colleges are looking at them? I'll be going to most of the games anyway, but its always interesting to know who is going where, Thanks!

Gerald Williams is being looked at by UCLA and team mate Bryan Akinkuabe is being checked out by Minnisota. Both play for Brisbane Acadamy under coach Marvin Reed.

Nick Kellog (Clark Kellogs son) is going to Ohio University and teammate Adam Griffin (Archies son) is going to college for football.-Saint Francis DeSales.

Quintin Rollins has signed with Miami Ohio and teammate Jordan Berlin has signed with Ashland University.-Wilmington High School.

For Christ School Eric Smith has signed with South Carolina and teammates Lucas Troutman and Sebastian Koch have both signed with Elon University. Marshall Plumlee (Mason and Miles' little bro) and Tony Kimbro Jr. (Tony Kimbros son) are both being looked at by division 1 schools.

There are also kids from the other schools that are being recurited but gave no info.

Once again, Coach Derrow and his all-star staff put on one of the best events in the country for high school basketball. This is one of the few times that S.E. Ohio basketball junkies, like myself, get to see some of the top teams/players in the country, let alone in our backyard @ WHS. Like fine wine, it keeps getting better with age. Kudos.
