Could be the game of the week in the SVC. Piketon has played well on defense, but just can't score a lot. I lost a lot of trust in them when they only put 19 on Northwest. I do think they're good enough to beat Unioto, but it's definitely a very interesting matchup. Unioto is no pushover.

Even if Piketon pulls ahead in the start I think Unioto will pull themselves togather and come out with them win in the end.

Thought that was suppose to be Westfall with all their "D1 recruits" ?? Weren't they suppose to breeze through the SVC on their way to the play offs??

What team was talked up besides Westfall?

Well wing T, for starters all we have heard about is Piketon sr. class being the ones who since middle school who has dominated in football. secondly if you care to discuss westfall there is a westfall thread.

Now you can say the SWCS kids were talked to by coaches from westfall all you want and in some respects you are correct but then they were also talked to by all the other coaches they visited. ALL athletes that played football at SWCS went to several schools 7 on 7 and NONE that came to Westfall made a decision until AFTER the levy failed in GC. also every kid that came to westfall had to meet GPA requirments, non discipline requirements along with other requirments. MANY were turned away. now of those who came ONLY 6 were starters and 1/2 of them are on the bench injured possibly out for the season.
But hey I guess you would be one of those who would rather have seen these kids sit out because the school they attend wastes money and does not care about the kids.

Of those D1 recuits as you call them NONE of them were or qualified as starters at SWCS either. the starter from SWCS went to london, GC christian and other city schools
