Re: New Boston
I think New Boston will be pretty good again this year. They can play some mean ball! I think they will have the chance at the SOC title again.

Re: New Boston
I guess we will have to see about that. I think it will be out of Clay, Western && Eastern. Maybe New Boston, but they lost great seniors last year, && that's going to be a BIG change!!
Re: New Boston
The Lady Tigers are 3 years SOC 1 Champs! They are the favorite until someone proves otherwise! If another school steps up and take the crown, I will be the first to congratulate them. I can assure you the Lady Tigers will not go down without a fight!
Good Luck to the New Boston Glenwood Lady Tigers!

Re: New Boston
I don't think it will be between Clay, Western and Eastern. I think New Boston will keep the title because they will not go down without a fight and they can play some ball. The other teams will have to step it up BIG time if they think they can beat New Boston. If they can beat New Boston then I will congratulate them myself!

Re: New Boston
I agree that New Boston lost some good players last year but they are still a pretty good team and will fight for the SOC title again. I would like to see some other team take the SOC title away from them but the other teams are going to have to step it up BIG time if they think they can take the SOC title away from New Boston.

Re: New Boston
Glenwood is looking to defend their SOC title once again. I know Coach Estep personally and he will have his squad well prepared for their fourth consecutive title defense. They lose a very talented player in Kayla Wiley but they return Missy Buckley who is a very good ball player. She will carry the main load for Coach Estep and the Lady Tigers. She has a very good long range shot and can penetrate good as well. Alyssa Raines will be the dominant force underneath for the Lady Tigers. Raines is a very talented rebounder and can score at will under the rim. There is very few in the league that can match Raines' physical play underneath. She is a flat out beast! Mychael Hamilton will be their physical defender. She is very aggressive on and off the ball. If she can stay out of foul trouble she will be tough to get by. Mychael Harding has many positive aspects to her young game. She will only be a Junior and she got a decent amount of playing time on the Varsity level.
The Lady Tigers are looking for tremdous things out of their young class as well.
the JV Lady Tigers will be very competitive with Coach Hamilton.
Good Luck to both Lady Tiger teams!

Re: New Boston
From the looks of their schedule, the Lady Tigers will be in many tough battles. But I think Coach Estep will have them prepared for everyone of them.
