Mike Smith of wkkj added about 10 years to my life! lol I cant stand having to listen on the radio, even though Smith is one of the best announcers around. That play by Galloway on the radio seemed to take 5 minutes to develop!~

I did the 200 meter swim in 4 min 30 secs, 12 mile bike in 39 minutes and the 2 mile run in 22 min, total time with transitions was 70 minutes. Yeah, blew my expectations away! I had fun.

Nope, driving up! Maybe I could follow my wife up on my bike, Coach Shepherd says my biking needs work. Lucky for me my trip to Gettysburg as a chaperon with Mr. Klinkers students leaves the following Monday, so I am free that weekend! Oh, I am sorry for volunteering my time, paying for a trip with students on a school trip might have interfered with my other duties, but lucky me they wont! Man, I wish I knew where all my free paid by taxpayers time went, I would enjoy it more! lol
