Fed Hock has played a meat grinder of a schedule so I think that they will ruin Easterns homecomming. 28-14.

If Southern can beat them, I think Eastern should handle them at home.

Another shot at Southern. You are awesome fuzznut.
Re: TVC-Hocking Federal Hocking (0-6) @ Eastern (3-3)
That wasn't a shot at Southern! I think Eastern and Southern are about on the same level. Look at the computer rankings; they're right next to each other! Geesh. Get off my back.

If they don,t tackle it will be a long night for the eagles.
Re: TVC-Hocking Federal Hocking (0-6) @ Eastern (3-3)
I think Eastern is going to bounce back from their last 2 losses. Fed Hock doesnt have the runningbacks that Eastern has faced in their last 2 games. I say Eastern wins 35-13

Re: TVC-Hocking Federal Hocking (0-6) @ Eastern (3-3)
At this point, I really don't know what will happen in this week's game. From what I saw last week, intensity on both sides of the ball needs to increase, and the defense really needs to start attacking and stop waiting for the offensive blockers to engage them. Other than a couple of plays, there was no defensive penetration for Fed Hock.
If Fed Hock doesn't start tackling, it is going to be a long night. I saw way too many missed tackles against Southern, but their backs had something to do with that. So, 86, I don't buy the better backs that Eastern has. You are claiming that Winnebrenner and Connery are better than Lawson and Hedrick? I'm not sure many TVC fans would agree with you on that one. Southerns backs, while not particularly fast, are big, strong, and run hard. They will give the Eagles problems come week 10. Of the two Eastern backs, Klint's speed concerns me the most.
Good luck to both teams, play hard and stay injury free.

Re: TVC-Hocking Federal Hocking (0-6) @ Eastern (3-3)
I think classof86 was saying that Federal Hocking doesn't have a running back like like the ones Eastern faced the past two weeks. (Dyla from Trimble/ Branch & Lee from Wahama)
Eagles did not play to their potential last week. They must play at the level they are capable of and tackle in order to win this week. If they shoot themselves in the foot and play like last week, it could be a long night.
If they play like they have all season they can win.
GO EAGLES!

I was referring to Fed Hocks backs not being as good as Alexander's, Wahama's, or Trimble's. Klint has alot of speed and Winebrenner is just an all around good runningback, but they arent as good as some of the backs we have faced. But I think they definatly deserve to be in the discussion for two of the best backs.

Gotcha 86, my bad. I was on my first cup of coffee........
Hopefully, this will be a competitive game. And now that I have more caffieine, in me, I agree with your assessment. Potentially Wilder will be back for Fed Hock, and if so, that should help the Lancer's running game.

Big problem for FH is that their best back (one who does compare to the others mentioned) is watching from the sideline.

The team that executes well on offense, scores often, and plays good defense should win this one.

Re: TVC-Hocking Federal Hocking (0-6) @ Eastern (3-3)
Someone mentioned on another thread that some teams appear to defacate down ones own inseam when facing some teams. I witnessed what appeared to be such a display when Eastern faced Trimble last week. However, Eastern does not fear Federal-Hocking, therefore I will give the Eagles the nod in this one.
