B nd g, I sympathize with ya. My wife graduated from GAHS so I'm captive listening to the broadcasts,but we just turn it to laughter listening to those 2. AHHH the years of Bill Grey ,he is missed.

With our small number of seniors and injuries we have had many sophomores and juniors get significant quality playing time. The win tonight should help these young players mentality. This playing time is much more beneficial than mop up minutes after the game has been decided.

What I don't like about the broadcasts is the constant verbal attacks on the officials. That is uncalled for, regardless of who the broadcast team is rooting for. Reffing is not easy, and they don't deserve two knuckleheads far away griping into a microphone because a penalty was called. According to them, the Blue Devils should have 90 penalties this year, and their opponents should have about 1,678! I must say, it has been worse last year and the year before that.

A very touching moment after tonights game. After the usual team talk on the field, the boys sprinted to the victory bell and chanted "Eddy, Eddy, Eddy" until coach came over and they rang the bell. I don't know coach, but I can tell you that those boys respect that man greatly. The naysayers should really have seen that tonight. Once again the student section was tremendous, wish the adults could find a way to be loud and proud. Congrats to the Blue and Coach!
