Congratulations to the Vikings on getting their first win last night. They started off fast and got up early and didn't let up.The Eagles played hard but couldn't catch up after falling behind in the first half.Interception and fumbles were costly. My Viking grandkids are happy and my Eagle grandkids are looking forward to playing Vinton in basketball now.I hate to see the competition between these two schools end as I was looking forward to my younger grandsons playing against each other in about 3 years.I have to change my screen name to "Eagle-Vikepapaw" after this year.
