Correct..all the games after the first round are on neutral sites. I don't think you get any 'better' site with your seeding. Just depends on the best field that's around the halfway point I'd imagine...example..last year...Louisville number 1 seed...Logan was the number 3 seed I believe? The game was at Zanesville..Zanesville is actually closer to Logan than Louisville by about a half hour. So where your seeded really doesn't have anything to do with that as far as I know.
