Re: SEOAL (5-3) Portsmouth @ (1-7) Marietta
i think marietta will give them a run for their money...the trojans are sneaky, ruff, and just plain dirty...sounds exactly like marietta to me so i think this will be an all out brawl...i would definitly like to see the tigers pull this one off...

Pretty bold statement about Marietta, any reasons you could give to back this up?

How can you make a statement like that and then put trust God. I hope this is a good game and I wish Marietta could have played this season without all of the injuries. This team would not be 1-7 if they were healthy. Good luck Trojans give a wave to our friends from Warren on your way to Marietta tomorrow they love you. Warren posters just let it go, why are you still bashing the Trojans.

BigTime, no sour grapes from this Warren fan. The Portsmouth players made the bigs play in the second half to put this game away. Warren had to many turnovers in the redzone and a stagnent offense that night to stay with the Trojans in the second half. Portsmouth has been playing some good ball since that Warren game and may march into the playoffs. Don't pretend we hang our heads on that loss, we have beat Portsmouth before.

I have nothing but respect for the Warriors football team. I just don't like some posters still saying the Trojans are a dirty football team. I'm sure every football team has some trash talkers on their team. But it seems SOME Warren posters continue to go to every forum and bash the Trojans. I wish nothing but good things for your Coaches, Players, and the Warren Football Program in general.

Weather could play a big part in tonight's game........Trojans need to play mistake free and come out of the locker room ready to go on the first whistle.......play hard from the start! Go Trojans!

If anyone gets any updates on this game please post them on here. No radio coverage is suprising though.

Wnxt must not have wanted to make the long drive to Marietta. I don't know why they are replacing it with West/Northwest though, I just don't see that being a competitive game.

Good job Trojans! This game had me worried a little bit. But, Portsmouth came through. What a difference a year makes! 1-9 last year to a winning season this year! And, something tells me that this season isnt over with yet. Playoffs could be in the future.
Re: SEOAL (5-3) Portsmouth @ (1-7) Marietta
Trojans roll with 610 yards of total offense 577 on the ground. Three backs all over 150 yards. Royster had 162 yards on two carries in the first half.
Re: SEOAL (5-3) Portsmouth @ (1-7) Marietta
Myers had 189 yds on 21 carries, Royster had 163 on 6 carries and Jackson had 159 on 14 carries.... First time in a long time that Portsmouth has had 3 backs over 150 yds in same game...
