Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
should be a good one. both teams want it bad...and each one loves to beat the other. looking forward to watching this one.
Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
gotta love the game. great third round game. advantage for webster playing at home. gives great meaning to earning your seed. each game is important. can't wait to see it. gotta love this game.
Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
Home field advantage will definitely play a role. Burg will have to make sure that they are fit to play on the big field that South Webster has to offer. I'm sure that this will be as physical as the last meeting between the team. Look for a great match-up.

My guess would be it is being changed due to the field not having lights.
It's getting dark pretty early even with clear skies.
Sure wouldn't want a tournament game go to overtime or a shootout in the dark...

Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
I checked the state coaches association's website.
It confirms the starting time at 4:30.
Perhaps the 4:30 starting time was decided on after the brackets were made.

Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
teams have seen each other a few times this year. once officially. who has to do what to win?
Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
whoever controls the mid field wins. should be a good game fun to watch a lot on the line.
Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
I look for this to go down to the wire. I expect there will either be a late goal in regulation to be the clincher or a "golden Goal"
Re: Burg At SOuth Webster
can burg score? that is the question. if burg packs it in and plays defense it will only hold for so long. which end of the field the ball stays on the most that team will probably win. its a posession thing. weather should be good lets hope the game is good.

Exactly.
Until Burg's staff understands this is important, things will never change.....
You can only win so many games a year by having your better athletes out run the defense. Passing and ball possession beats kick ball when the players are close to equal.
