I don't understand why Valley people are on here bashing our coach. Maybe they can brag about beating us more than we beat them. But who cares, that has nothing to do with Coach Daniels, or Coach Ashley. The only thing that I know is that Coach Daniels has earned his job. And yes, he should have got it earlier, when the last Minfordite left. He is a great fit, and the kids love to play for him. And I don't want to miss a chance to brag on Coach Daniels coaching staff. They have done a great job this year. There's not one thing I would change about these coaches.

It is funny listening to the Minford Fans. You would think that they are state champions or something. So what they have one a few games in the past. It is also funny how they always throw scores from this season into the mix. If that's the case then it should be a good game since, the Minford offense is no good, because they only put up 14 points against a struggling Waverly team. And they only beat Waverly by 7 points man u you folks at Minford must have one heck of an offense. Powerhouse teams get better as the season goes on, and Minford on the other hand they usually get worse as the season goes on. This a reflection on the Coaching Staff at Minford. Minford is never going to be a powerhouse because they do not like holding on to good coaches, as they got rid of Coach Ashley who was the best coach Minford has had in the past 15 years.

yea our offense was limited on what they could do because waverlys field was destroyed....way too muddy.... i know for a fact it didnt rain that hard in scioto co. that night like it did in waverly.....so that explains 14 pts against waverly

Minford's coaching staff has cost themselves one game already this year. It is totally on the coaches to make sure a player doesn't play if he is not eligible to, and as a former coach you should agree that if the player was not eligible then he should not even have dressed for the game. And yes, I do think Coach Ashley was a better coach at Minford. The guy knows his football. The people at Minford never gave him a chance, because they were sore that Coach Daniels did not get the job then.[/quote]


Hey, Stinky that's bashing. This goof ball don't even know what he is talking about. The coaches had nothing to do with this, is was the AD's job. And I would never say that Ashley was a bad coach, but who is this guy to say that he is better than Coach Daniels. Look at the record, and the kids love to play for Coach Daniels. And yes there is alot of people who think that Daniels should have got the job when Brisker left, and I am one of them. But I have the right to say so, I went to Minford, I played for Minford, and I pay taxes, in Minford.

Overall valley i would say is a good football team but as good as the falcons? No.....of course though turnovers can happen at any point and injuries can factor into a ball game....but friday night....nothing will get in the way of the falcons....its senior night with a very special group of seniors and a lot is riding...outright SOC II title and a home playoff game...the falcons have worked too hard and had such a memorable season that there is no way valley is getting in the way....the falcons will be cranked!!.....minford wins 28-7
