Zane Trace, the sixth seed in R 15, finished with 16.000 points. NY, the ninth place team in R 19, finished with 16.750 points.
So my assumption is that either R 15 is down this year, or R 19 just had a really outstanding year.
Habin point system isn't a good way of ranking how good a team is but IMO it's the only way to select teams for a playoff that doesn't include every team.
