Ironton in this one.
I'd like to think Heath could hang w/ this program, but an above average D that has seen some competition is all it's going to take to do Heath in and I don't think the dogs are going to be able to stop Ironton from bowling their way down the field.... especially late in the game.
I hope I'm wrong about it being one sided, but thats the way I see it.
I will add that if Heath is able to keep it close, as an Ironton fan, I would be concerned about getting out of 15, wether it comes down to AC or the Skins.

^^Strength of schedule makes for a better team in the end, but that stat loses some of it's luster when your falling to the toughest teams on the schedule.
I like the way the Harbin works... it will not account for strength of schedule without the W to go with it.

What I think is sad...is that our strength of schedule has gone down since we entered the playoffs....we were playing better teams since game one of the regular season...I just hope these easier teams that we are playing right now don't hurt us further down the road...

i think tigers run into some hungry fast bull dogs.. But it doesnt matter that we play both ways, as they are bragging they dont on their county sports link. That is how always roll... two ways or no way... hehe. We will start handling the game right before half, and continue on through.. Im gonna go against all of what I hear about amanda.. Ironton and coshocton in a final....Both teams, with better quality opponents overall for the final.. inmho.. gotigersgo!!!! get the ball, get the ball, get the ball, get the ball , get the ball!!!

I hear that coach Lutz was very happy with the Field Turf yesterday, as he walked around NY! His back's should do very well on it.

Speaking of Bob Lutz, some wild info that 'The Sunday Quarterback' Just published on Ironton Football Dot Com's Blog about him. I'd heard people ask these questions but never had gotten an answer, appears that The Sunday Quarterback got 'em!

Also, some tidbits about NY's field and such that people might like having..

Great blog! One correction.......

Well actually, Buchtel, as that is where the field is located

Boston Field - and the entire school complex - is actually located in Nelsonville. The field/school is within the city limits. Buchtel is across the street! :-D

Thank you very much! I'll have to dock that guy's pay and demote him to the 'Saturday Quarterback!'

It's kind of confusing because the city limits kind of snake around the school. So on 78, you literally have to drive from Nelsonville into Buchtel, turn left on 12th Street, but as soon as you turn onto Buckeye Drive, you are back in Nelsonville again. Here is a visual......

http://www.nelsonvillefd.org/nelsozoning.jpg

The large rectangle in the upper right hand corner of the map of Nelsonville is actually the school property and Boston Field.
