I'be been great Bait, how about you?

I agree that Ironton is the real deal also. I had this region coming down to Ironton & Coshocton before the season started. I would love to see Ironton win(The ECOL are bunch of cocky, well, you know). Ironton isn't going to stop the 'Skins running game they just need to slow it down enough to score more points than them because their defense is sketchy at best.

Ironton needs to stay focued on Heath(I'm sure they are) & Coshocton on Amanda(I'm sure they are also). Good Luck to Ironton Saturday!

He may have had a good game...however...I have seen him too...and although he has some quickness...a good defense such as Ironton would man handle him...he doesn't compare to any of the three backs at Ironton...however...Dilly did...

The Aces strength is their defense, they have given up a total of 53 points on the year with about 20 of them given up by reserves and freshman. They are led by DIV Central District defensive player of the year Tyler Genders and DIV Central District coach of the year Ron Hinton.

Coshocton will bring in a very good running game, led by Marcus Johnston with over 1900 yards and Dominique McCluskey with over 1000 yards.

Should be a good one at Zanesville.
I believe the Aces are undefeated at Zanesville.

Here's to no injuries for both!!!!!

GO ACES!!!!!!

i miss talking with ya. i'm just suprised so many are talking about next week. when we have a fine team to play this week. thats the kinda stuff that gets you beat. ironton can score in a hurry, and we are playing lights out defense. we were tied 7-7 , with logan with 4 minutes left in the game, and had 2 crucial turnovers. that cost us. i don't care who we play or when. just wanna have a safe injury free game, and get by heath first. hey great talkin to you, if you happen to be at the game holla. greast hearing from you. take care. :-D

Amanda's back was a horse, but without the line he had he wouldn't have been so spectacular. Their run defense is also very good. I take Amanda 31-14.

I have no problem with anything posted that is fact. I do have a problem with posters who "tell facts" or give "factual information" that are really just their opinions.

Please note: The gates will open no later than 5:30 p.m., and earlier if we can make the transition go quicker.

No one is overlooking Amanda. I just think people that haven't seen Coshocton play don't quite grasp what they are capable of. Their Running-Back has offers from many Big 10 schools & they have a linebacker that has been contacted by OSU many times. The only way Amanda will win this game is if they outscore them(obviously) because I don't see them or anyone in this region stopping their rushing attack.

I hope Amanda proves me wrong because I dislike the ECOL more than any league or team out there but I see Coshocton winning this game 35-21.

Good Luck CC, bring home a victory.

If this team was that good they wouldn't have lost 2 games. Yes, they were to bigger schools but New Philly is always overrated and when Dover beats them almost yearly now, they seem to always end up 9-1 and either not make the playoffs or get knocked out in round 1.

New Philly, like Zanesville, was hurt by horrible out of conference games.
Dover, is in the Regional Championship game against Steubenville in Region 11 & played four teams that finished 9-1(Beating all but Canfield) & Coshocton at 8-2.

I saw AC play last week and just a few observations:

They are solid, both sides of the ball. Nothing fancy, but they are effective. Not one player for AC stood head and shoulders above the rest. They are fundamentally sound, disciplined, and just look like a machine out there.

Alexander did expose a few cracks in AC's defense, but in the red zone, Alexander could really do nothing against the Ace's defense.

If Coshocton's backs are as good as advertised and are truly outstanding difference makers, this ought to be one whale of a game. Coshocton's line had better be strong, as AC's line has some nice size and they are athletic.

Good luck to both teams, and fans, travel safe.
