the jury in the miles ferguson case found him not guilty of homicide by child abuse. i'm just thankin god it's over. i have always thought he didn't do it

I find it quite telling that no one responded to this post. I think most people were very uneasy about celebrating this. After all, there is a child who died. I hope that he was innocent.

He wasnt found innocent. He was found not guilty. There is a difference.

I feel Miles was innocent. His baby already had health problems didn't it?

I felt the whole time he was innocent and I am happy he was found not guilty I been praying for him for a while now

My son went to school and had classes with Miles, and he has always said that Miles couldn't have done it. If he did, they Lord will take care of it, but as of right now, he is not guilty.

That's probably the biggest factor that went against him, was why take a 5 week old baby that has health problems on vacation. Does that mean he was guilty, not at all, but I heard that point brought up many times. Still, I can't imagine the pain of the loss of a child, then having to go thru the accusations of being the cause of the death. I hope he can pull his life together of move on to better things.

To read them. He said that he did shake the baby but not that hard and then his witnesses said that the baby did not appear to have shaken baby syndrome which contradicts the prosecution witnesses. I would just like to know what all was said instead of the press releases that wsaz and the local paper in Myrtle beach had to say about the trial.
