Leake won't be on the roster until the 11th(6th game of the season). At that time I think they'll send a postion player down, probably Francisco, and then have 12 pitchers and 13 position players for the long haul. And then maybe if it works out to skip Leakes' spot due to how off days fall, they might send him down for 10-15 days and bring a position player up to Dusty can have more moves to available.
