Re: 2010 REDS
That's what happens when good ole Dusty lets his starters pitch till their arms fall off during the
winning streak, and the bull pin gets no valuable time

Re: 2010 REDS
The bullpen lost this game....pitch count is overrated...should have tried to see how long the starting pitchers can go.

Yea but if he pulls his pitchers early and the bullpen gets used up he gets reamed for that!
Everything a Skipper does gets second guessed!

Yeah how dare he have Cueto throw a 103 pitch shutout and Bailey a 90 pitch talk about overworking your pitchers.

If their arms cant handle that workload then they shouldnt be in the majors.

You obviously don't understand the mentality of Dusty Baker.
He is well known for over using starters and not working his bullpen.

We all know, but he has gotten better over the last few years. He is doing a good job keeping an eye on his starters. He hasn't let the pitch counts get to high, so There really isn't a problem.

I know alot more about his blunders with Prior and Wood then you. That was from overusing guys who had bad mechanics, and were talking about 120-140 pitches compared to the 90-110 Dusty has been throwing everyone.

In 2008 Edison started 32 games, he pitched 196 innings He was 17-6
He averaged about 6 innings a start. 0 complete games!
He pithed about 50 innings when he got hurt in 2009. So how did Dusty Baker cause him to get hurt?
