Here is Pat's bio in YSU's press release for him & his class. The class is loaded and should do very well with lots of All State and big time players. They did a big bio on Pat.

Warren Tribune article on the press conference. Very glowing remarks about Pat.

Congratulations to Patrick!!! I can't wait to watch YSU football now. He will surely leave his mark and leave a lot of D1 schools scratching their heads as to why they didn't go after this kid. Can't wait for next season.

Go Penguins!!!

A great story written by a great writer Craig Dunn about a great kid and athlete. Once again, I hope that OU was not asleep at the wheel like they were with the State Legion baseball tourney. Like with losing the tourney, they lost a good one in Angle.

That may or may not be, but the fact is the young man gets to go to COLLEGE and as of now have most of it paid for maybe down the road he will have it 100% paid for. The young man gets to play football, and he is setting himself up for success.

Why does everyone get so geeked up about OU. I don't understand how they recruit anyone. Who wants to go to college in the middle of nowhere.

I suspect that are a few kids in the middle of nowhere (southeast Ohio) that would like to play there.

Why does this have to be about OU?? Can't we just be happy the kid gets to go to college?
In the end he still gets a college education from a fine school.

Congrats. Starting as a freshman would be a tough task to accomplish but I believe he will have a good career and represent his community well.

Is Mason Mays going anywhere for football?

And yes, OU IS in the middle of nowhere. All of SEO is in the middle of nowhere lol.
