Poor New Boston, looks like another long season under Coach Stapleton. What has happened to their BB program????
Re: New Boston Glenwood at Wellston
Why are you already making statements about New Boston? It wasnt an in-league game so it ways this game was good for the Tigers. It gave coach Stapleton the oppurtunity to see what he has against a bigger opponent, and it also gave the players some ideas about what each of them can do on the floor. So dont start talking bad about the Tigers and their program.

New Boston has 38 boys in the upper three grades compared to 181 for Wellston. The Tigers are the smallest public school in the southeast district. The only schools smaller are Portsmouth Notre Dame with 36 and Ironton St.Joseph with 16.
Re: New Boston Glenwood at Wellston
I think its time that New Boston stops using the "we are smaller than everyone" excuse.

I think people need to stop bashing the Tigers and let them play. No one really knows anything yet. Teams are only 1, 2, or 3 games into the season. Give it time. The Tigers will prove you all wrong.
Re: New Boston Glenwood at Wellston
After a combined beating of 77 points in two games i think people have the right to say the truth about your tigers. They have no defence and no true offensive player that can score a consistent amount every night. Losing Salisbury really hurt that team.
Re: New Boston Glenwood at Wellston
What is New Boston's record since this head coach has been there??? I know someone knows this. What about past coaches who were let go??? Just saying what I see!!!!!!!!!! New Boston was very competitive in the past , but not since this coaching staff!!!!!!!!!

That is not an excuse.........it is a fact! Could your school complete with that many students.........I would think not!

The Tigers have only played one game........the 36-70 loss to Wellston.
Re: New Boston Glenwood at Wellston
In the past new boston competed with everyone and they were a small school then. This is just an excuse because almost all the talent at Nb is gone. When Josh Howell and that senior class left it just got bad. And I was counting the 77-44 lose to SW.
