Re: Portsmouth @ Warren 12/18
Portsmouth's win at Wheelersburg was a dramatic improvement over the lackluster performances vs. South Webster and South Point........hopefully our kids will bottle up what they did at the Burg and take it to Warren.......the Trojans have rarely won any significant games in the SEOAL in 3 years but have the opportunity to do so Friday night.
GO TROJANS!!!

Well...now that Pmouth and Warren are both done with the early games for the week...
Warren starts slow and finishes fast, wears opponents down with a deep and talented bench, plus will be playing in front of the ever-raucous crowd that is excited to see the best team in five years play another Friday night game in Vincent.
Can Portsmouth pull a big upset?

Warren is hotttt right now. Beating two quality opponents the last two games handily. The offense is starting to look like what we all expected. Cunningham, Venham, Fivecoat will be way to much for Portsmouth to overcome. Warren opens the SEOAL with a statement. Warren by 10+.

Re: Portsmouth @ Warren 12/18
We know Portsmouth always has talented athletes....not sure what Portsmouth brings to the table this year but it appears to be a mixed bag of posts so far this year as well as two losses, don't know the quality of those opponents.....I agree with above, Warren has played well enough to win all 4 games so far, and the offense and defense has been much improved the last 2 games....it appears, so far, the Warriors have the ability to adjust to their opponent, and you have to credit the coaching and the experience level of the players for that....exciting to watch the team continue to develop and improve, just hope the momentum keeps moving forward....this team has a very good blend of experience and youth that can contribute.....let's pack the gym Friday nite!! GO BLUE!!
Re: Portsmouth @ Warren 12/18
... could be a "game changer" come Friday at the Warrior Dome ... my Ouija Board says that the Trojans will have the services of Tory Horne back in a Red,White and Trojan Blue uniform ... the Warriors WILL need to play solid D at home to remain among the unbeaten vs a motivated PHS squad ... this is one to watch tomorrow night for a possible upset special ...

Trojans win second straight on the road, wish I could be there to see this upset, but will have to sit this one out

bigdoggy.....you obviously have not seen the Warriors play this year.....
Re: Portsmouth @ Warren 12/18
I'll wait a little while to declare this Warren squad the best in five years, as that takes out a league champion squad of 2006 to say the least. Right now the Warriors are scoring big, and the Maysville win impressed me, but I think the pressure is without a doubt still on the blue and white to perform at a higher level.( 6-0 in the county, League Title, District title.) Go Warriors.
