I just learned of two transfers. These boys dad got transfered to General Mills from New Jersey. Their names are Dominiqe & Fritoe Fungione One is a junior one a soph. These kids are tall one is 6'4 the other 6'6 . The junior was a all state WR as a soph. They both can run and catch . This bodes well for the offense the Rockets will run . With these two and Jalen Prater running routes and Austin Osborne running the ball from the single back . This sould be a great group of pass catchers.
The defense will be interesting too. The Rockets are going to run a 3-3-5 because they have alot of players that can cover ,but hit like linebackers. We will be bringing six rushers every pass play. I dont see people running on this defense either.
This will be a much different Rocket team than we've seen the last decade. GO ROCKETS!!!!!!

3-3-5 depends on great coverage and awesome gap play!! Good luck with it.

With this much talent anything but a league title wouldnt be acceptable. You have these teams year in and year out that have size and talent and dont get it done, then you have smaller teams without size some talent that win year in and year out. Guess we will find out. And if you bring six on every pass play look out! It will be feast or famine. the weaker teams will crumble and the stronger teams will pick you apart. But with the talent you will have with the POY on your team and these guys if you dont get it done the next few years better get the search group together for some coaches that know what they are doing. How did the 3-3-5 work out for VC the last few years?

Why would you want 5 db's in high school?
This is what your hard hitting linebackers will be doing to the other teams running backs :aaaaa10

At this level you need to stop the run first. :122246 Most high school teams that try to live by the pass end up shooting themselves in the foot. :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27 :aaaaa27

what will the faithfull at N.Y. say about a 6-4 record?
Could be a long year for the bucks with thier non league schedule.

That is possible! NY has a brutal non league schedule. 7-3 is the worst I see them going though.

I look for the buckeyes to have a very successful year. Next years junior class is amazing. They have some weapons in that class that people haven't even got to see yet. This is going to be a very exciting year for the TVC-Ohio with a lot of talent from every single team. I think the battle is going to be with Athens and N-Y with Alex being the dark horse and Meigs to make some noise as well.

How many upcoming Juniors are there going to be on this years Nelsonville York team? Do many of them have experience from last year? What about Athens? They seemed very strong last year, do they return a lot?

At one point NY had 9 sohps starting last year, At the end of the year there were 7 starting on both sides of the ball. There were many more sophs who got a lot of playing time last year. This years junior Class got a lot of experience last year. They learned how to win some close games, They mounted amazing comebacks, and they took a couple lumps to. The next 2 years at Nelsonville-York is going to be scary for anyone they play.
