I think the Bishop Ready game is only a one year contract.

I will double and triple check but I am pretty sure it is a 2 year deal.
Ny scheduled St. C. as a one year deal so they wouldn't have 6 road games next year.

I am putting the league on notice right now. The Rockets are getting fueled up and are ready to explode on the TVC Ohio, no teams are exempt.
The Rockets Running Wild tour begins August 28th 2010 @ CH Jones Field Wellston Ohio.

With a graduating lineman from Athens getting a division one full scholarship to Division I Navy, all of a sudden the line is looking attractive to many of the Athens bulkier skill players who are volunteering for line duty and the returning linemen from last years varsity and JV teams are being challenged. Don't worry about the Athens line. Saying they will be formidable is an understatement.

That line will be a mess for the first 3 games!

How can you determine who and what's going to be a mess if you aren't at the camps or practices. I think Athens will be a decent team, 9-1 doubtful but very competitve and it won't only count on the line everyone has to come togehter as a whole.

I think that this would be a big mistake....The Alex senior (2011) class has been very good through the years
I look for them tho have a good season. They may be better than last year's team.

I think they will be good as long as all the linemen are strong and fast. only time will tell

The three teams that I probably know the most about are the three that I think will make all the noise in the Ohio Division this year. With that said . . . NY, Alexander, and Athens will fight it out for the top 3 spots. I just think it will be fun to watch them play each other. The remaining three will fight it out for 4th, 5th, and 6th in the league. Meigs is my dark horse. They are well coached and will play hard. They might crack the top three. Vinton County and Wellston will not be too pleasant to watch this year. Might be a real ugly game with them in week 10. So . . . my fearless prediction will be . . .
1. Nelsonville - strong, physical, and well coached.
2. Alexander - Coach Arno does a great job. They are out to
prove that last year was no fluke!
3. Athens - losing all that line talent will be hard to replace.
4. Meigs - just don't have the horses. Might pull an upset!
5. Wellston - toss up, might only win one this year
6. Vinton County - see Wellston, don't know their non-league
schedule. Might win one there!
