I think Cardoes has a buffet at least they did the last time i was there and they made all kinds of different pizzas.

I think the best way to get to jackson is to go through Portsmouth and eat at the Ribber. Then travel up 23 and over 32. I also think the plan would be to hit the mini mart on 93 for a pepperoni pizza on the way home.

I notice that on Sat. the early game is at 5 pm, while the late game is at 8 pm. Will admission to the early get you the late game also, or will they be clearing the gym?

Are you sure about the OHSAA? I don't remember the gym being cleared the last time I was at the D2 sectional at Logan. (it has been a 2 or 3 years ago though)

I would say I'd walk back to Portsmouth if Valley won but I feel more confident saying I'd walk back to Portsmouth if Jackson beat Portsmouth this friday night, lol. I haven't been overly confident all year long and I aint gonna start now. Do I think we should win? Yea. but I like to keep a good perspective on things. Sounds like Valley has some good ballers. Hopefully, Portsmouth can put together some consistent effort on both ends of the floor. If that happens I think Portsmouth will win handily. But in actuality I don't care if we win by a lucky shot at the end or a grind it out game, or a back and forth track meet. A win is a win is a win is a win. I just hope Portsmouth wins.

i don't believe it is a ohsaa thing. i go to games all over the state in the southwest and i can't remember ever being at a sectional site where the gym was cleared. a lot of times it depends on the size of the facility holding the event. d4 valley did not go split sessions and d4 alexander did. it is all about the money. by the way jackson is the only high school that i have ever heard of that charges for parking.
