being one of my buddies discredits his creditability right off the bat.

Went to Zanesville couple years ago for a regular season game. They charged us $6 to park. Both sides of the gym are reserved except for one small section directly behind the visitor's bench.
Many places charge for parking.
Also, Jackson doesn't get any of the gate money so clearing, or not isn't their decision.

I was going to go up tonight and watch both games, but if I have to pay parking and pay for both games, I think I will pass.
Is there anywhere else you can park or is the school out by itself to where they have you over a barrel. If so, what a crock. Valley HS is isoloated, but they don't charge to park or clear the gyms.

jackson was smart when they built their new building on a mountain. long walk up that hill if you want to park down below and walk up. but even then they would probably try and charge as a hiking trail.

$ 2 to park on top of the hill or $ 1 if you park downtown and walk up
$ 2 to get back in the gym if you went to the concession stand
$ 1 to take a crap and $ .50 to urinate
$ 5 to get in each game
Rough night for me. I watched both games, went to the concession stand twice during the first game and spent $ 9 and went to bathroom to take a leak. Had diarreah during second game and cost me $ 8 running to bathroom. Total spent on night $ 33.50. What do they do with all of that money? Pay their administrators?

Haha...They did that for health purposes...that way you burn off the popcorn and soda you take in during the game!

No, serious. But it is still cheaper than a college or pro game!
Re: Div 3 Jackson Sectional Tourney Updates...
Wow. Sounds like if we cant afford the parking and the extra 5 bucks we should get a second job instead of going to basketball games huh? This joke is getting old. lol

Honesty if Ironton would get a new floor I think their gym would hold more people.I also think it would be neutrally located for all.They definately need a new floor.
Jackson is taking full advantage to make money for their kids.I guess it goes to their kids.

I know people have complained about paying to park at Jackson. I am surprised no one has complained about the Oak Hill shirts for sale in the lobby. I know it was a local company, but with all the other high schools represented and this being a OHSAA event this was not the venue to have t-shirts that only represent one high school.
