175 is a pretty competitive weight class (they all are), that is the weight class I was in my senior year in 2007. And I'm not calling you a liar, but I will say it is pretty hard for me to believe you can throw up 390 at 175, when in the UNLIMITED or whatever you call it weight class, the first place finisher didnt hit 400. But if that is true, you can squat an empty shoebox and place fairly high.......

Know all, really depends on the sets, reps, rest periods and routines you do. Also diet could be a factor.

I was a 130 pound weakling who could bench 85 and deadlift 100. Then last year I got some of those Katttle Balls that coach from Southern had his guys using. Now I weigh 180, bench 410, and deadlift 650. That bench is with a pause. In a touch-and-go bench I can put up 450. How do you think I will do in this meet? OBTW I also squat 700. Anyone think I will place in the state meet?

So in one year, you threw on 50 pounds, and 325 POUNDS ON YOUR BENCH??, I find that a little too hard to believe.....
