What does Gallia Co. football need?

I hope not. Heck it would be better to ask Vinton Baptist if they could move the visitors side bleachers at the old RV Field back to the old North Gallia Field where they were before and play there before playing 10 road games. Play home games on Saturday afternoon before playing all road games. I have heard that rumor of all road games if the field was not ready.

I hope the new stadium is ready for the kids!

Heck if they can not go back and play at the Old RV Field they would be better off to look at playing at the old Southwestern Field or even at Gallia Academy or South Gallia as to play all road games.

It would be nice if someone could magically make a couple million dollars appear for a turf field for all three teams in the county to use. It could work; it does in Parkersburg. Catholic, PHS and South all share that field atop the hill.

I hope they dont have all road games. At RV when I was a senior, we had a kid quit because they cancelled parents' night because one of the old light poles fell on the away bleachers.

It would be just like that idiotic system to allow that team to play 10 away. Everybody knows that they should play at the old RV until they construct their own field. This type of thing is why they are always in the shape they are in.

I didnt know that about South. But it did work for many years. All it would take is cooperation and coordination.

A few of the players attend our Church and yesteray said that they had received the news that they would be playing all away games in the upcoming season. I do not know how they got that information but I fear it is true.

As I have stated before, there is no more dedicated player than the ones from RV that stay with the program. I hope that they remain that way in light of this piece of news.

I dont see it happening and I dont think we have the numbers of kids with talent in gallia county to play in that high of a division in sports year after year.
