How are we not a school team???? All our kids go to the same school and are in grades 6-8!!! But when a team is successful there is always someone trying to make an excuse why they are!!!! Yall have a nice day and next year when these kids all play for the same high school team then maybe they will be a school team then. Btw, in KY they don't have rules so I guess none of those teams are school teams either????
Since you can't figure it out, Rhodes Scholar, I'll spell it out for you. I believe Lloyd Xmas and the reference are to why isn't your team a member of the WVSSAC?
While I'm on this thread, are we really talking about junior high sports? It's nice to win, but who will remember this and what will it really mean in life for these kids in 15 years or so? I would say nothing. Plus, what are the odds that this will translate at all to success at the high school level? I have had too much experience with kids that are uber-athletes as junior highers and when it comes to high school, they had already peaked as a 13 or 14 year old and are "done" by high school.
It is a shame that people don't get this fired up about academics.
