Belpre gearing up for sectionals vs Miller on the 15th, with the winner to face a very tough and talented Waterford team, ur thoughts,. . .belpre of course must finish the regular season with meigs tonight a 6:30 pm start, warren on the 10th and at wellston on thursday. .Lets go lady eagles

Meigs wins 55 - 43 in OT . Meigs was 10-10 from the FT line in OT. Meigs improves to 9-9 and 6-5 in the TVC Ohio.

Morgan Howard scored 25 points and grabbed 25 rebounds in the win.

Meigs will play River Valley in a make-up game tomorrow , and finish the season season with Alexander on Thursday.

congrats meigs, belpre played four good quarters to take it to overtime, but comes up short and can't close it out. . .though played very nice team ball with more assists than i've seen them have all season. . .Fitch left the game early with an ankle injury and tried to comeback only to foul out after some good minutes an assist and a few points, Flowers had some good looks and hit some threes, Crislip made some buckets and distributed the ball, with Hasley adding some strong rebounds and putbacks, and Leftwich I believe had another double double if not very close,... and some nice minutes from Kapple, Hall, Ruth, & Boso . . . while Meigs was lead by Howard who looked to almost score at will tonight. . . cudos to her. . .and the rest of meigs team. . . good luck in the sectionals. . .
