Warren should take first over Marietta by quite a few points and Logan will be a real distant 3rd.
Warrens top five should finish ahead of Logan's top boy. I even see three boys from Marietta finishing ahead of Logan's top boy.

In the girls I can see Gallipolis running away with this

Jackson cross country is dying a slow death..... I honestly feel that this is one sport that jr high kids could compete with the varsity if given the chance. Of course that will never happen...
it looks like we might actually be able to have teams this year if everyone stays with it. hopefully they'll stick around. last i heard we had about 17 kids. we'll know more after the first mandatory practice.

Warren looks strong on both sides! Some of the girls have been running more than the guys.

Season opener at the Broughton Memorial had some great performances. P Adkins will be on a podium in Columbus later this year, and H Richards of Warren is healthy and fast. Warren boys are strong and deep.

Results are on Baums, but Warren boys won by about 10 over Marietta, and Marietta girls by about 50 over Warren. Many of these teams will be at Warren next week.

Challenging course for the runners. The markings on the course were clear. There was plenty of people to help out along the way with many people on atvs to provide assistance.

hey vermillion...
by the look of the gallia meet results I can tell that you were right about Logan being the SEOAL guys winner. Considering they averaged like 21:30!

5K, Marietta and Warren are the front runners. If we do not get 5 runners who can break 18 minutes we will NOT be a contender.

As far as Gallia's course goes - it IS a true cross country course - with twists and turns, dips, and jumps and it was wonderful! Great course - just what the sport is all about. It is not track on grass - GREAT JOB Gallia! And very nice school - what a layout and what space!

I would like to congradulate the whole Logan team for finishing 16th of 16 teams today! Nice Job! Your on track for 1st Place at the league meet considering Marietta beat you by over 220 points.

Gallia girls continue to impress me with their improvement every race. On the boys side it appears to once again be a battle between our friends from the 'outer limits'
