Re: ESPN Rise Up tomorrow (Tuesday) @ 7pm
The show is a half hour so I'd say after the before an after pics and the interviews there will just be game highlights but still worth watching

The show is actually 1 hr. 7-8pm. And on the Direct TV information, is says "Ohio". So I am assuming the entire hour is devoted to Wellston.

Very Good!
Fun to watch...it's the typical improvement show....but knowing most of the people makes it exciting.

Growing up a Viking, I've been trained to hate everything Wellston Rockets.. but that brought tears to my eyes. So glad this happened to the kids, the school, the town and the TVC!

Outstanding show, especially Jim Derrow's honor. Wellston fans should really be proud of that event.

^^^^^Agreed! Very nice show. Prater seems like a very well spoken person off the field. Good for the community, kids, fans and administration.

Nice soft piece by ESPN. Very uplifting.
I'm excited for the Wellston students as well as the entire community. Congratulations on the new facilities. I hope some type of endowment will be established to pay for the maintenance of the renovation project.
Congratulations are also in order to the Wellston district for earning a rating of effective on the state report card for 2010-2011. Great job!

Very nice to see this happen for Wellston,Always enjoyed the TVC rivalry when Belpre
was in the Ohio and good to see their town and school and ESPN come together and
get this done.

Those kids are a touch young to fully appreciate getting to lift weights with Eddie George. The first great collegiate LB I remember....Chris Spielman, outstanding OSU LB and 4x Pro Bowl LB for the Lions. Had over 160 tackles as a rookie and 3 seasons over 140 tackles. Over 1150 career tackles....the guy was an animal and he was everywhere.

Great show.
The boys of Wellston should be proud. They were well spoken and you could see the true excitement on their faces.
I tried to get a little camera action at the Library story time shot but I think my Oak Hill shirt kind of disqualified me from making the cut.
