For those who have been to the rocky boot invitational, is it a well run meet. I was looking at the 17 schools listed and was excited to see all of that competition early in the season. Yet some times the first meet of the year can be a little bit "rocky" as the bugs get worked out.

Will everything be based on time with slow heats and fast heats ot will there be prelims,

These are turning out to be pretty decent sized invites. Counting NY, it looks like the Rocky Invite is up to 18 schools. Well on its way to becoming one of those "mega meets" in the future.

It's nice that NY is able to showcase its track facilities like this.

MariettaPride21,

We sent Mr. Guimond a contract via the myOHSAA system for the May 8 meet this morning. We'll add you to the list as soon as it is digitally signed and accepted.

With the addition of Marietta, it looks like only three SEOAL schools will not visit NY this year - Gallia Academy, Portsmouth, and Ironton.

They don't know what they are missing! :-D

Add Portsmouth Notre Dame to the May 8 invitational. Also, it looks like Fairland will be bringing some athletes as well.

Logan will be at Newark the 3rd of April.
But that won't keep me from going to Nelsonville York this day.

I would say Chillicothe and Athens will fight it out.

Chillicothe's girls should win and I look for the Athens boys to get past Chillicothe.

I don't really know what Harvest Prep. has ,might have to look them up and get back to you
