Yes he is very tough for a little guy. Watch out when he matures. His times in the two mile and 5k can beat several of the top high school runners and he is only in 8th grade

His dad ran for Cincinnati St.Bernard was the runner up at State in 1983 Cross Country and he also ran well under 2:00 in the 800.
St. Bernard won districts about 10 years in a row during the 80-90's and went to state as a team a few times.
They killed us every year

Mangus ran a 5:14 and I think a 2:23???? as an 80 lb 7th grader....probably 4'10
I'll guess him near 5:00 this year and 2:12ish
He's killer.
Pickerall and the kid from Hillsboro Roman Fatica (beat Mangus once in many tries in XC this past year)
When Mangus grows....he may not lose. He's been primed for this stuff by Dad....and little brother may end up even better.

Levi Cook of South Webster as a 7th grader he ran a 5:10 in the mile, look for him to break 5min. this year. He is Kayla Cooks little brother and we all know how good she runs.
