I have been on here for two years, haven't always been under this name. Now i always posted on here whether we win or lose. I also have went and watched other county teams year after year in tournament. There is nothing wrong with rutting on your home team. The easiest way for you to deal with your problem with Peebles fans is don't read there post, just a thought.

baddog sorry to do this but I couldn't resist. So are we "rutting" on our home teams like deers rut, or are we "rooting" on our home teams.

Well the weather is definitely better here than in Ohio. It was 66 and sunny on saturday and a little overcast and around 63 today. I hear there maybe some more snow headed that way?

baddog,
i always look forward to reading the peebles posts and responding to them. it doesn't take much to entertain me. especially the guys who get upset when someone doesn't agree with them. (devil's advocate?)

I'm gonna go ahead and keep posting makeup games, tourney games and standings to this topic, because of the crazy weather extending the regular season schedule.

North Adams over Paint Valley 74-60. Now we get TWO SHL rivalry matchups in the tournament. Battle of the Cats III between Fairfield and Whiteoak, and Peebles vs. North Adams. North Adams has not missed a trip to the Convo since 2001.

I thought the devils missed a year either in 2002 or 2003--maybe a green devil expert could help us out! However Jimbo, you could be very right, I've been know to be wrong once or twice :122249

sparky in the past we didn't have alot to talk about didn't mean we don't root our team on or support them. I like it (Devils Advocate) Ha Ha now that is funny you really might have a since of humor and really enjoy yanking chains.

They missed 2000 and 2001...I only know this because I was going over footage of the banners in their gym, and read it off of there. I could rattle of ftheir league championships, too. :-D

Uh-huh. fairfield/whiteoak, lynchburg/west union, North Adams/Peebles, all in the first 2 rounds.

One of the drawbacks of being in a mish-mash league that splits between 2 regions and 2 divisions.

Sciotoville/Notre Dame with winner playing Green Western/New Boston with winner playing South Webster, all SOC teams, no one complaining. From what I can see of the D4 bracket, how else could you match up everyone and not have teams from the same leagues playing each other?

oh, I know teams from the same league play each other all the time...it's unfortunate though, because many teams will be having their third (sometimes fourth, considering county tournaments) game against the same team. I didn't like the whiteoak/fairfield seeding very much, but what can you do?
