Federal Hocking is kind of like the lost rivalry of Athens County for NY. Being in the Ohio Division, combined with the NY vs. Trimble rivalry, Federal Hocking just seemed to have slipped out of the county rivalry picture for NY. A decent tourney game might help to bring back that rivalry.
