ZT is a very good ballclub since Haynes has came back, and Northwest has come on late in the season and played some good basketball. If Zt plays like they have been they should win this one though.

Leslie of NW will be hard to handle for Chamberlain and if he gets in foul trouble ZT could struggle. Dont count out the Mohawks, but ZT should be the favorite and should win this game. Good luck to both.

This is a winnable game for NW. Everyone knows that they will have to play well to get the win at the Convo. Defensive stops and rebounding will be huge in the outcome of this game. Looking forward to watching the game. Good luck Northwest.

Kickinurz, I don't know if I'd go so far as to say the Convo is a second home for ZT yet; at least not a happy home. They have won a few District Semi games, but I think it's been quite a long time since a Pioneer team came home from the Convo with a District Title. I do think that team featured a Maxwell though!

I think this one will be close, but I do see ZT winning. Hopefully this is the year the Pioneers get over the hump.

On a side note, can anyone confirm the last time Zane Trace won a District Title in basketball? Unless I forgot one, I am thinking it was in 1970. If that is the case, they are long overdue.

1970 was the last District title in Basketball.

ZT has only been to the District Championship game three times in Basketball since 1970.
They also won a District title in 1969. The 1970 team made it to the Final 4.

yeah its at sunday 5:30.....Im gonna go northwest by 8, zane trace may have the better athletes, but Northwest will have the best player and the best shooter on the court so im giving the edge to NW
