Pep Bus for the kids
We are taking donations for the pep bus to take the kids to the girls game on Thursday! We need to show support for the girls team. Any donation may be taken to Bob Linn Sporting Goods and they will take your name and we will post it on here and facebook. Anonymous donations are also welcome! Help give the kids who normally don't get to go a chance of a lifetime!

Re: Pep Bus for the kids
I know for a fact a pep bus has been offered to any child up to this point,it was at a cost of 3 dollars to the child which included Game ticket, ride to and from and a meal.
I hope the monies raised will make it Zero cost to the child.Great job!

I think it changed for this game as the tickets are now $8.00. Will have to check but don't know it applies to this game that is why the offer for donations to help get the kids there. That is what I was last told. Only 17 kids went Saturday and they will get that chance because they have went all the way thru.

The donations are for the girls game only! If the boys go next week we will do the same for them! The pep buses are for grades 7-12 so anyone wanting to donate please take the money to Bob Linn Sporting Goods. They will take your name and amount and we will post your name when we compile the list. Thanks for any help as this gets the kids who normally don't get to go a chance to go! Any amount helps get a kid the chance to go!

Re: Pep Bus for the kids
I think they said 2 - about 80 kids - $1400 [aprox ?] donated!!!!!!
I guess the buses got delayed by an earlier bad accident that blocked the highway for a while in New Boston, but they did arrive safely in Columbus just before tip-off game time.
Thanks so much to everyone! J and J said that sea of ORANGE-wearing fans looked great!

We had 3 buses plus the Tiger bus so total of 4. Pep band and cheerleaders went with the pep section. We had donations of 1420.00 with 2 checks to be sent. Thanks to all as we had a great sea of orange for the girls. There were 158 on the buses! Great turnout and a BIG thank you to all for your help!
