If anyone rememebers he was Mortis in WCW and he was the Mortal enemy of Glacier. Then he came over with the invasion angle in WWE. He had the catch phrase of "Who Betta than Kayon?" Also he was the first openly gay wrestler. According to twitter reports and reports from friends he had been suffering from depression for years.

In a word "NO" if steriods were to blame then there would be a lot of dead athletes from all sports plus you would have regular joes dyng too. So NO.
