Rebels make the trip across 790 today to take on the Vikings....Ouch.....Thoughts?

Not so good outcome for the Rebels. 22-0 Vikings. Rebels have no pitching and Symmes Valley have big bats.

Yeah. Rough night. It was very lonely in left field. Having 2 home runs hit over your head is no fun at all.

You are right in the Vikings having some strong bats. Their pitching is not as strong as last years but it is not that bad either. I was wanting to see the Vikings new freshman pitcher. I thought they were going to let him throw the last inning but the game was called. Chad doesn't let him throw much right now but there is alot of talk about how good he could be. He has the build for it. Tall, long arms and legs and has not been allowed to throw much junk until this year.
I was told he pitched the JV game against Fairland for three innings. Had eight or nine strikeouts but Fairland scored five or six runs on errors and passed balls. He also had two solid hits at the plate.
