No word on Osborne just day to day. They need work in all areas . The Ironmen are just too big for us ...so they say.

What little chance Wellston has against Jackson depends on Osborne playing. Dundas. Miller was very impressive tonight. If there was any doubt about who should be the fullback IMO there isn't now it should be Miller.

Wheelersburg couldn't stop Jackson running other than when Jackson fumbled it, and their line is bigger than Wellston. The defense though kept giving up big plays through the air. Luckily Wellston doesn't throw a lot but it could hurt Jackson down the road. I predict Wellston hangs around for a half but our line will tire Wellston's, Jackson wins 35-21. Wellston may score that much because of the speed of their backfield. Depending if Osbourne plays or not.

I know it has nothing to do with this thread, but how did Zane Trace look in the Wellston scrimmage?
I was not able to go.
Good luck to both the Rockets and Ironmen this season.

ZT had some big kids. They showed a few "bright" moments. Their defense struggled against the run a little bit. Osborne and Miller both had a good outing for Wellston. Not sure who ZT has on their schedule this season but I don't see a great season in store. Just my opinion. Again, this was just my observation from watching one scrimmage.

old*rocket good deal. If true then Wellston may be able to stay in this game with the Ironmen for a while.

Good to hear that Osborne should be good to go. Hopefully both teams are as close to 100% as possible.

I don't know about everyone else, but I'm ready for this right now. It's gonna take forever for Saturday to get here.

C.H. Jones Field is gonna be rockin' on Saturday night!

With Osborne playing at 100% in this game, I'm going to give the Rockets the upper hand, I think there balanced running attack and good defence will cause problems for the Ironman!
