The American Legion Post 303 in McArthur will be holding "tryouts" on May 25th and 26th. May 27th is scheduled in case of inclement weather. Please look at the following link for the full summer calendar -

The Wombats added two more contests, a home and away with London Post 105 on July 6th and 8th. We are looking to fill our calendar with dates of June 14th and June 23rd, any interested parties please call Terry Hale at 740-352-6205.

Ty, Wombats are Australian marsupials that are unique with a backward pouches. The pouch opening faces the rear because it is a burrowing, digging animal. The pouch to the rear keeps the young wombats clean from the dirt it may excavate.

But we like to think of it as a mean, ferocious, and bad @$$ booger. Don't mess with it.
