Portsmouth Post 23 Tryouts
Tryouts for the Portsmouth Post 23 Junior and Senior baseball teams will me held Saturday, May 22nd, at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 23rd, also at 5:00 p.m. Tryouts will be held at Wheelersburg High School. Interested players should be dressed in proper attire. If your high school team is still in the tournament, or have regular season games to make-up, you may not tryout but you need to be in attendance to announce your interest in playing.

Good luck to all the young men who try out for Post 23. Best wishes to Coach Branon and Coach Davis! We really enjoyed the two seasons that our son played with Post 23, the friendships are special.

My son has played for the past two years but will not be trying out this year due to an injury last week. This is a great experience for any boy that loves the game of baseball. The boys do build friendships with boys from around the county and play and practice alot of ball during the summer. Love watching the games and cheering the boys on, will def. miss it this year. Good Luck to all of the boys who try out. It will be a summer of hard work but lots of fun also. Hope u have a great season.

How did day 1 go? What were the numbers like? I realize some schools were still playing as of today.
