V.C. will be tough as always! alot of good players. I feel the rockets will be better. Guards will be fast and aggressive. They have some height coming up also. Hope for a better match up this year against V.C.

My son told me that he has heard Prater and Osborne from Wellston said they were not playing BB this year. Can you confirm/refute this Rocketfan88?

I heard the same thing. I would say it will go right down to the wire before anyone knows for sure. I hope they play.

I agree Rocketfan88, sometimes boys at this age can't decide what they're going to do tomorrow let alone a month away. One things for sure, if they don't play, it will definitely effect the success of Wellston's BB program.

Osborne will hurt them if he dont prater not so much....when i watched wellston play vc at wellston last year osborne ran that team...meaning everybody didnt look like they did not know the plays osborne had point each and every time down court where he wanted them set up...osborne was very upset with them as shoud be.. prater is not a bb player yea size inside will help scoring threat he is not...but for wellston sake they better get osborne on floor..

Prater is a leader in bb and fb and if he doesnt play it will definetly be an impact! Osborne is definetly a key player also. Rockets have very good guards that will be playing on the varsity level full time this year. I hope to see a fast and aggressive team this year. Prater and Osborne included?

Yea id like see wellston improve some to just dont see anytime soon....Wellston fans better hope osborne does go out for bb....He leads that team and people see that. Coming from a vc fan who has watched him over the years and see how he controlls the floor....Anyhow prater is not a bb player we can talk stats rocketfan88 if u like im looking at them now....Im not downgrading him at all his talent is football and he better find way be healthy and play 10 game season or that pipe dream will come to a end....I dont think he played full season since he started high school?

I hope your surprised this year viking4life. Anyway vinton County will be tough this year again they have a strong program no one can disagree with that. Good luck Rockets and vikings in T.V.C. play this year!!

Osborne is my little cousin, he and prater will not be playing this year.. Big bummer, I've burned him up about this. They couldn't made a strong run this season, but not so good for us rockets.

Concentrating, on football he says... I work with him all the time on drills etc, and then he drops this on me.... Not good..
