MOST PLAYOFF "WINS" ?

A lot of teams in SEO have been to the playoffs numerous times, especially after the 8 team regions were installed a few years ago. My question is, who has the most playoff WINS since they were instituted in 1972. (Let's make a true geographical area from I-70 at Bellaire on the Ohio River over to south of Columbus in the Hamilton Township area and down Rt. 23 to Portsmouth. I'm sure Ironton, Amanda and Sheridan are up there but can anyone put together a top ten for me ? This should be interesting to find out who the real winners are.
