P21 edged Chillicothe Post 62 11-10 today in a 9 inning game. The original doubleheader was shortened to a single 9 inning game. Colton Noftz picked up the win. Athens is now 14-3 overall. P21 will travel to Meigs on Tuesday for an 8th District League game.

Nice win for Post 21. Had some kids step up today and do a nice job, with the team shorthanded. Good luck on Tuesday down in beautiful downtown Pomeroy (or semi-close to it).....

P21 over Meigs tonight 13-11. Winning pitcher was Tyler Thompson pitching the 8th & 9th frame. Game was tied @ 11 after 8 innings. Athens moves to 9-1 in 8th District play and 15-3 overall. Next up- P21 will host McArthur for a DH Wednesday @5:00 pm.

Athens P21 swept a DH from McArthur Wednesday night by scores of 15-5 and 14-4. JD Chesser and Ben Doughty combined for the win in game 1. Zane Summers pitched a complete game 3 hitter in the nightcap. P21 is now 17-3 overall and 10-1 in 8th District play. Next up - Athens will play Troy Bombers, 7:00 pm @ Rannow Field on Friday as part of the KT Crossen 4th of July Baseball Classic.

Athens P21 won their 1st game of the KT Crossen Post 21 4th of July Baseball Classic tonight over Troy Bombers. Next up- P21 will face Meigs (12:30) and Beverly/Lowell (3:00) tomorrow @ Rannow Field.

P21 finished 2-2 in the 4th of July Classic. Wins over Troy Bombers & Meigs. Athens lost to Beverly/Lowell and Zanesville. P21 is now 19-5 overall and 10-1 in 8th District play. Next up- P21 will travel to Pickerington on Wednesday 7/7/10.

Pickerington defeated P21 tonight in a 14-7 slug fest. P21 is now 19-6 overall and has clinched the 8th District regular season title with a 10-2 record. Next up- P21 will travel to Beverly/Lowell on Thursday.

Beverly/Lowell defeated P21 tonight 3-2 @ Fort Frye HS. It was a pitcher's duel between Evan Brockmier and Tyler Thompson. Evan only gave up 5 hits, Tyler gave up 3.
