Disgusted with LL

So frustrated and disgusted with LL! Donnie Rawlins is the biggest joke around!! What he is doing to the Minford 11-12 league girls is just down right shameful! If our board can't stand up to him for our girls and coaches than they deserve to lose their charter! Shame on you all! Be adults and just let the kids play BALL!!

Nothing really! This parent is obviously upset because they havent gotten their way the past couple years so they are blaming whoever they can. Here is the skinny, Donnie Rawlins hasnt signed the papers for Minford LL 11/12 girls! YET!!!!! There is some issues with a couple of the managers that have to get ironed out is all! Its just typical winers on here trying to stir crap and making it hard on everyone else cause they dont feel they need to follow the rules of little league international.

For all you belly aching, just take your kids to ASA and keep humiliating them by taking them to these tournaments and getting crushed by 10 or so runs, that does a hole lot for their confidence, doesnt it? ASA teams are made up of recruitment and coached by good coaches. These girls will be burned out and tired of getting beat by the time they are in high school. This is not good for the program!

I DO NOT HAVE A THING AGAINST ASA SOFTBALL!!!!!! I do however have something against taking a local team to ASA and getting destroyed every tourney! Anyway just my opinion!!

Like him or not, Donnie Rawlins is good for little league. I have coached litle league softball for 3 years and have never had any problems with him. Its simple, follow the rules and everything is fine. If it wasn't for Donnie can you imagine the shape some little league programs would be in.

Sportsdad85 This group of girls was just put together in May and we are proud of them. Plus we have great coaches! Our Hs coach Preston Messer recommended it so our girls could get experience and we could build a team for HS. We held our own! The girls were hitting and we only was mersied by one team!!! We didn't get destroyed! Get your facts right!! But most of all our girls had fun!! And I still think Donnie Rawlins is a joke!!!

This is a dedicated group of girls that love ball and only went to the local tournaments. They did not travel out of Scioto Co. It was only for experience and teaching. All the girls knew what great teams they would face but still wanted to play! They love the game and only want to get better. So proud of each and everyone of them!!

This 11-12 year old team has worked so very hard. These girls are very dedicated & strive to be the best they can. Every team starts somewhere. We are looking out for the future of Minford Softball. We didn't get mercied every game! Sure, we'll get mercied 1 game. The other teams has been together for quite a while. The most important factor is that these girls are giving 100%. It takes time to get to the level that they need to be! Experience means alot. These girls have so much talent. The coaches are very good! If the girls just stay positive and they have the parents supporting them. They will become the team that they are determined to be! It just takes hard work & dedication!

As long as ASA doesn't conflict with LL. It's the kids decision to be able to play with whatever other league that he/she wants to. First priority is LL, next ASA. This only helps the players to gain experience & coaching!
No confict, No business of LL!!!!

Please remember that these are kids that we are speaking about. No need to be negative. What would that solve. Unless you truely know all the facts to what is going on with Minford LL & Donnie Rawlins involvement. I hope you would agree that your opinion isn't justified! Donnie is a middleman, as you could call it. Nothing more!!! Why all the trouble w/ Minford? Because he is trying to pull Minfords charter? Is he really trying to do something good for LL? If so, I completely missed it.

I agree with dedicated mom,,,,,every team starts from somewhere! Give these girls a chance!!! The high school coach is impressed with these girls. They are young and enthusiastic. Give them a coach that will get them to their greatest potential! Everytime a GOOD coach starts to build with these girls,,,,somebody takes them away!!!! It is like someone higher up does not want to see Minford succeed! WHY????? That is the answer we want!!!!!!!

I'm sure no one is trying to keep Minford softball down. Just follow the rules as laid out by Little League International and everything should work itself out. If you don't like the LL rules, don't participate in the system.

No one denied the girls from playing in allstars so where ever you got your information from or who ever you got your information from was wrong. He had issues with a coach plus all the information required from the kids for the district to sign off on was missing so he wasnt signing off on it until it was complete. Follow the rules and everything is fine! The district knows for a fact that games were cancelled for ASA! Again, follow the rules and everything is fine! Regardless what Chris told the girls about little league being first, it was obvious that ASA was! Again follow the rules and everything is fine!

Look we all know why you are again on here bashing LL and Donnie Rawlins, Because John Carter gets banned from coaching little league because he didnt FOLLOW THE RULES OF LITTLE LEAGUE!!! So now he is helping Chris with ASA so now you all are pissed off cause LL cracked down on Chris for not following LL rules! Look in the mirror you will then see where the problem lies!

I have heard the president and many of the board members say that they dont have a problem with ASA, it just cant interfear with little league. But it did and Minford got caught! Actually Chris bragged too much!

The rules should be the same for all, he uses the rules when someone doesn't kiss his butt. Other leagues have canceled games, and he does nothing about it. People volunter, and he thinks his your boss. He doesn't own the ballfields, and I'm not from Minford.

It is so aggrevating knowing the truth & someone like yourself is the reason there is so many conflicts! You have no clue about Chris. Chris did more work & held more practices @ Minford then any other. FYI: The game that you are lying about is Clay LL game. Obviously, you don,t know as much as you hoped. This was what Chris was being accused of. Minford LL actually called Clay's coach to see if he had cancelled the game. Guess what ? Clay's coach told Minford that he had to cancell. He didn't have enough players. See its people like you that run all the good coaches away. Seems like you have a personal problem with chris. If this is the case take it up with him & quit dragging these girls down. They are kids! Kids that wants to buld a strong hs. Team! if you or your kid isn't apart of it. Then, you should keep your negative opinion to yourself. You are only hurting the girls with your ignorance. Anyways, I don't see you volunteering your time.........
